I have a VERY full schedule, I work about 32 hrs a week, and go to school another 35, 2 of those days are back to back overnight shifts and then school. I have one day a week (Saturday) and am wondering what is a good starting time, and point for working out (besides the walk around the block for the dog, and the 2 blocks to work) and how long, if i am only free 1 day to work out? Any advice is appreciated.

I am without health insurance, and suffer from moderate anxiety/depression (diagnosed by my doctor) and am looking for information on herbal or natural remedies to help calm my anxiety. I have tried st. johns wart more than once, and didn't notice any difference, and I am looking for other herbs and such that might help, preferably with knowledge from experience.

There are employees at his work who have cam forward and said that they are racist, and disagree with alternative lifestyles (my husband is uncomfortable with being open at work). Which is fine, but the employee is constantly making inappropriate jokes, calling my husband names, not specifically sexual orientated derogatory, but derogatory in general. HR is aware of the problem, and something has been said to the employee once. I've been looking for information on the protection of gay and lesbian employees in CA, but for some reason can't find anything, any advice? How would we go about finding/talking to a lawyer, as we have no extra funds at the moment.
