  • Which application do I use to open / run / install Photoshop CS3 on my Mac G5 computer?

    I just bought a 17 inch Mac G5 computer. I understand that it has the capabilities and compatibility to also use PC Windows programs. I have CS3 for Windows and tried to install it. BUT it keeps asking me which application do I want to use to open it up... and I have NO IDEA? Please help ANY SMART Computer Girls / Guys!

    Also, would it be the same application for say... Painter 10? And what about Microsoft Office?

  • How would your life or days change without having mirrors in your house, car, work, etc...?

    What would not having mirrors mean to you? How would you know how your make up looks, or if it is even?

    Would NOT having a mirror to see yourself mean you would have MORE or LESS confidence in your outer ego?

    This is such a luxury, and part of our daily lives... do you think you could convert and rid your life of mirrors?

  • Windows Vista Updates... FAILED, How do I install them?

    I just got a slightly used quad core computer. So, I recovered it back to the original factory settings. After doing this, I knew I would need to do some Windows Updates. However, for some reason when I view the whole list, there are many that say, "FAILED". How do I go back and get them to download / install properly?

  • Any suggestions on how to learn FRENCH on my own at home?

    I am more talking about writing and understanding the language versus speaking it.

    I have this application on myspace where it gives me a French word a day. So, what I thought I would do is use that word and make up sentences where I would replace the english word with the French one. And each day, incorporate the previous words into new sentences. Does this sound like a good idea?

    Any other or better suggestions on how to learn?

  • Why do we place importance on knowing the exact time of death of a loved on?

    What does knowing that exact hour and minute mean in our lives? I understand the day will forever have meaning, but why do you think the exact time matters?

    Also - why do we feel like we need to be with that loved one at their final breath, and heart beat?
