7 my machine is a dell desktop relatively new it came with windows on the machine already and did not come with discs other than a adobe elements, what I would like to do is start from scratch I have all of my files backed up I just don't know where or how to begin wipe it and start again

I bought a new Pc 3 months ago and I have noticed in recent days that when I am listening to a song or video it makes a strange noise every few minutes. It sounds like the noise of inserting earphones into a Mp3 player that sort of distortion effect.

When my Pc arrived from dell it came without a part for the speakers and I had to wait a month for it to come but before it did I was using my headphones and the sound was perfect then after I got the speakers a few weeks later this strange sound starts occurring I thought that maybe it was Malware or something like that but I have done numerous scans and have found nothing so I don't think it is also

I played around with the sound settings before I realised that I was missing a part but I don't think it is the settings please help i'm sick of this interference and I want to get this fixed

Then download the results into a spreadsheet

Use the adjusted Price (rightmost column) which is adjusted for dividends and splits

In a column to the right on the first value create a formula next to the last value

=(h1-h2)/h2*100

Copy this formula and paste in the cells below it down the spread sheet"

I downloaded the spreadsheet but I don't know to use that =(h1-h2)/h2*100 formula to get the results I am looking for
