  • Will my computer run MW3?

I have an HP Pavilion Elite Desktop with

a AMD Phenom II X4 quad core processor

    8GB of RAM

an ATI Radeon HD 4350 graphics card

Obviously the only real liability is the graphics card. The PC Reqs for MW3 say it needs at least Radeon X1950 card. I was able to play Black Ops on my rig, but not impressively well. I also upgraded my monitor to a larger one with higher resolution so that also factored into why Black Ops didn't run as well as MW2.

So will I be able to play MW3 on my computer?

  • Wireless card keeps kicking out. Problem?

My desktop PC has an Atheros wireless dualband a/b/g/n card in my desktop pc. Recently my computer has been randomly disconnecting from the internet. After I run Windows 7 diagnostics it automatically fixes itself just fine but it continues to routinely kick out, sometimes even every 45 minutes or so. The last time it kicked out Windows diagnostic didn't even fix it. I had to disable it, re-enable it and THEN run the diagnostic before it fixed it. Every time it says the problem fixed was the adapter or a problem at the access point.

    So, what's the problem?

  • Which closer would you trade?

I stocked up on closers during my draft perhaps to the dismay of my starters (highlighted by Bucholz and Garza lol) I'm in talks to get Edwin Jackson and the guy wants a closer. Who do you think will have the worst season between Bell, Broxton, Nathan, and Thornton? Right now I'm leaning towards Nathan given he's probably the highest risk, but he was such an elite closer before the injury it's hard to send him off. I'd like to send one of those two straight up for Jackson, but if he's not good with that I'm open to throwing in a prospect pitcher like Britton or Travis Wood.

What move do you guys like here? It's a non-keeper league.

  • Highest compatible graphics card for my PC?

I own a factory-issued (no internal hardware modifications yet) HP Pavilion Elite e9120y desktop pc. It's a great pc, but its gaping weakness is its graphics, an ATI Radeon HD 4350 graphics card. What is the most advanced graphics card compatible with my computer? I assume it will have to be an ATI Radeon HD card, but how high can I go? And are all the cards in between compatible?

  • Change in the Center of Play in Steering?

I have a 2005 Honda Pilot that has had virtually no issues. However, I noticed while driving on the highway that the center of play, as I call it, or where the steering wheel rests when you are not pulling it one way or another, will shift from dead center (where it normally would be) to leaning a bit to the left. As I am driving I can feel it change while I hold the steering wheel. Also, maybe it's just me, but it also feels like, even when the center of play is centered, the steering wheel has more give when I turn it to the left.

This shift in the steering doesn't seem to happen at any specific time, but I have noticed it has a propensity to do so at higher speeds (i.e. happens more often on the interstate than on surface streets). Also, it has happened on several different highways and large roads, so the condition of the road surface is unlikely the issue.

There are no issues with the tires themselves (all are inflated to the specified 32 psi). My first guesses are something with the wheels, whether it needs a new tie-rod, alignment or rotation, but if you have any guesses I'd be happy to hear them!

  • Who would you start in the flex here?

It looks like I'm going to have a weak flex this week for the semifinals. So here are my options:

Cedric Benson: Benson had a huge day last week but it was against the lowly Browns. Now he gets the toughest run defense in the league and nightmares of his 19-yard performance against the Steelers D a few weeks ago come to mind...

Johnny Knox: By all means, his big day on the frozen Minnesota tundra looked like a fluke. Still, with not a clear option, he has to be in the mix, despite being up against a terrific Jets secondary.

Sidney Rice: A few weeks ago, it looked like he could come back to become a solid fantasy player. But with Favre likely out and Tavaris definitely out, how much production can we really expect out of him, especially against a good Philly D.

Joe Webb: Speaking of Webb, he did alright in his first game. Yes, he had two picks, but his yards on the ground and his rushing TD gave him points worthy of a start in his loophole WR eligibility. But do you take a risk and roll the dice for him to have another good performance?

Fred Jackson: Two weeks ago, this would have been a no-brainer. But after only gaining 34 yards on the ground along the way to proving that he is in noway matchup-proof, now you have to wonder. Could New England's run defense do the same thing to him?

The way I see it, Webb is the best bet to get at least SOME points. And with me starting Philadelphia defense, his errors would probably end up in points for me anyway. FJax could have a flex-worth game, but he could just as easily embarrass himself again. Benson's hotness and coldness have corresponded directly to his match ups (good games versus weak opponents, bad games versus strong opponents), so starting him against San Diego sounds extremely risky. Rice and Knox seem like solid no-go's but perhaps you disagree!

    So, what do you think?

  • Is Fred Jackson actually cuttable?!?

This week we found out that Fred Jackson, despite the recent hot streak, is not matchup-proof (36 yards rushing, 0TD, 0 Rec. Next week, the Bills play the Patriots who, while only sporting an average run defense, are one of the hottest teams in the league and the week after Buffalo plays the Jets with an even tougher run defense than Miami. So, with that in mind and only two weeks left in the season, could Fred Jackson actually be waiver wire fodder? You guys weigh in!

  • Where can I find bulk wine corks?

Is there a place I can find a bulk amount of wine corks (maybe 100-200?)? It would be cool if they happened to be used but if they're just plain wine corks that would be fine. I live in the D.C. Area/Richmond area if that helps...

  • Which quarterback do you guys think I should drop?

I have three quarterbacks on my roster, and, even though they are all starting caliber in a 10-team league, one of them has to go because I don't have the bench space. I have Vick, Ryan, and Roethlisberger.

Obviously, I'm not dropping Vick. So it comes down to Ryan and Roethlisberger. I'm pretty sure I know what I'm going to do but I figured I'd let you guys weigh in first!!!!

  • Microsoft LifeCam Studio Webcam compatible with Skype?

I read an article that implied that the Microsoft LifeCam Studio, Microsoft's upgrade over their Cinema HD, is not currently compatible with Skype. Is this true. Where online is there official certification or otherwise?

  • Which Prospect SS to Draft for Dynasty Baseball?

I'm on the clock for the next 24 hours in the fifth round of my dynasty baseball league's prospect draft (any and all player not already taken in previous drafts with fewer than 50 IP or 130 ABs in the majors) and it's come down to the point where its time for my team to take a possible SS of the future. Which do you like more, Indians prospect Jason Donald or Mets prospect Reese Havens? They seem, in my opinion to be the two best available, but others include free agent Yadil Mujica and Arizona prospect Chris Owings.

Who would you take for the future of your dynasty team?

  • Ryan or Vick in Week 2?

Would you start Matt Ryan or Michael Vick in Week 2? Matt Ryan on most days would be the better option but Vick has an intriguing matchup in Detroit this week!

  • Who would you start between these 4 RB's?

    Start 3, Bench 1

    Ray Rice

    Ryan Mathews

    Brandon Jackson

    Pierre Thomas

I'm pretty sure Jackson and Rice have to be two of the three, but your thoughts on who I should bench?

  • How high would you take Daniel Bard?

It's that time of year when my dynasty league is drafting the new prospects (Prospect for us is anyone who hasn't gotten 130 AB's or 50 IP BEFORE this season). So the question is, how high in the prospect draft would you consider taking Daniel Bard?

  • Am I clairvoyant or just AWESOME?!?

We all know what happened to K-Rod. And for those of you who have him, I bet it really stinks!

But for me, who traded K-Rod SIX DAYS AGO to another team for Yovani Gallardo, it is GREAT news. So how awesomely lucky was THAT trade?!

  • Who wins this Dynasty League trade?

    Team A Trades:

    Jason Werth (OF) PHI

    for

    Team B Trades:

    Drew Stubbs (OF) CIN

    Luke Hochevar (SP) KC

    J.D. Martin (SP) WSH

    Background:

Team A has a losing record and is entering rebuilding mode, looking to purge its roster of talented but veteran players in exchange for an abundance of young, promising talents to compliment Jason Heyward and Evan Longoria already in place.

Team B has a losing record but is just one seat away from making the playoffs. They intend to try to had Plug-andPlay hired talent in order to try to make a run this postseason.

  • Who wins this trade (Callaspo, Padilla for Posada)?

Who gets the better deal here?

    Team A Trades:

    Alberto Callaspo (2B, 3B) LAA

    Vicente Padilla (SP) LAD

    for

    Team B Trades:

    Jorge Posada

    BACKGROUND

Team A is very deep at the pitcher position (Padilla, statistically, is the worst-ranked at the moment). They are weak at 2B but have three second basemen and probably needed to unload one (between Beckham, Brian Roberts, and Callaspo) but is very weak at catcher (currently starting Yadier Molina)

Team B starts Howie Kendrick at 2B and Callaspo would probably not replace him, but might serve as a serviceable back-up. They also have some very good starting pitchers amongst their corps. but replacing some stragglers might improve it. Team B was able to trade Posada without getting a catcher in return because they also have Soto.

There are some valuable reserves on my waiver wire at positions I'm shallow in and I think that it's time that I stop carrying 5 outfielders. So, which of these five outfielders would you cut and why (why meaning why them versus the other 4, not why do they deserve to be cut)

    Jayson Werth

    Adam Jones

    Juan Pierre

    Scott Podsednik

    Drew Stubbs
