I have been a professional in the horse industry for over a quarter of a century. Professionally most of the work has been in training/teaching/managing hunter/jumpers and dressage, tho I have also trained western pleasure,reiners, cutters and horses to drive (single thru troika). I have worked with mini's to draft horses standing over 19 hands, and everything in between. I have ridden and trained gaited horses and worked on the racetrack. I have an A.A.S in Animal/Equine Science. I currently specialize in rehabs, preferably horses with severe emotional issues. I no longer work full time in the industry however, because I have gotten tired of how many people are in it only for themselves and what the horse can do for them. They are more than happy to give a horse pain medication so they can go to a horse show to get a ribbon. They dont care about the long term affects this may have on the horse.
