I just downloaded a Droid update on my Evo and now i have little numbers in parenthesis next to each text conversation. What does that number mean? I would assume that's the # of text messages between me and each particular person but the #s aren't really what i would think they would be.

I lost my USB cord for my old camera (Kodak EasyShare c330) and used it to snap a few quick photos the other day, which I now want to get onto my computer. I forgot i had taken the SD memory card out of my old camera, so the photos are saved on the camera's internal memory. Is there a way I can save the photos from the internal memory onto the SD memory card, so I can then put the SD memory card back into my new camera (which I have the USB plug for)? I can't figure out how to save the photos from internal memory to the SD memory card.

what's a clever way to get a co-worker to stop SLAMMING down the phone every time she hangs up a call? it's been brought to her attention, she knows she does it, but apparently she doesnt care. it's like she's mad at the caller, but she's not. that's just how she hangs up the phone. in a quiet office setting, this happening 10-15 times an hour really gets aggravating.

I've tried two different types of DVD players and tons of different DVDs on my Toshiba 37" LCD flat panel TV and set the DVD player aspect ratio settings to 16:9 but the movies still play with those black bars on top, bottom, and both sides!! The actual movie takes up like less than two thirds of the screen. I could deal with black bars on top and bottom but when its on both sides too it makes the movie so small. What am I doing wrong? Does it have something to do with the way the DVD player is hooked up? or is there a setting on the TV that I need to change? man this is aggravating!!

i want to play a powerpoint presentation from a CD from my laptop but it doesnt have a CD drive. I have an external CD writer, can i put the CD in there and play the powerpoint presentation?

i want a recliner that you can sit in and push back and the back reclines WITHOUT raising the footrest. i fell in love with one recliner (that is on sale for a great price) but it does not have this feature, which is hard to find. is there any way to adjust the assembly to make it able to do this, so the back reclines without raising the footrest?

i have a 2003 tahoe, if i matters, and im trying to replace the cigarette lighter fuse. i was trying to pull out a burnt out fuse, and the plastic top came off and the two metal prongs are still in place. how do i get those out?

painting my bathroom teal. bright white trim. two walls are done. a lot of paint got on the painters tape at the bottom of the wall over the trim. should i take off that tape now and re-tape if it turns out i need another coat? or just leave it for a day or two? i'm afraid if i have to re-tape it wont be the same line, but i guess that wouldnt really show, as opposed to the paint that might seep thru the tape. i will be painting the adjacent walls the same color in a few days.

i am painting my bathroom and i'm excited to get started. Can i paint the "cut in" or whatever, all around the edges with the paint brush, and then roll on the rest of the paint in 2 days from now? (my next day off work) will the paint look even if i dont do it all at once?
