I live in the UK and I'm an atheist. I believe passionately that gays should have equal rights and be treated with equal respect to everyone else. I have two teenage children.
Are there any Big Brother UK contestants who are annoying you so far?
And yes, I know some of you will say "all of them" and that you don't watch that rubbish, blah, blah, blah. But if you DO watch it and are interested in it, I want to know your opinion of this year's contestants.
For me, the most annoying housemate is Ryan. He is one big drama queen who doesn't listen to anyone else. And wtf was that with him throwing up all over the lawn on the first night? He didn't even make an attempt to run for the toilet. Is he one of those selfish people who just leaves his mess for other people to clear up?
2 AnswersReality Television5 years agoHow exactly do they get housemate's ex-partners to go on Big Brother?
Think about it. As far as we know, random people go along to audition. Now unless people go along as a couple and split up during the audition process, how are the producers going to know who your ex partners are and whether they're willing to take part? It all seems a bit fishy to me, to expect us to believe that these housemates aren't even aware that their exs are taking part.
2 AnswersReality Television5 years agoWhat do you think of this year's Big Brother UK housemates?
2 AnswersReality Television5 years agoDid anyone else LOL at Gemma Collins on CBB UK and her "pregnancy scare"?
Is the woman completely ignorant of how human biology works, or is she just putting it on for the cameras?
1 AnswerReality Television5 years agoWhy is Scotty T not just Scotty on CBB UK?
The others are all known by just their first name. What's so special about him?
3 AnswersReality Television5 years agoDo you think CBB contestants still get paid if they walk?
This year's CBB (UK) has had a record number of people walk out I think. I'm glad Angie Bowie's gone. I can't stand it when they go into the diary room threatening to leave and then think better of it, then the next day they're in there again threatening to leave. If you want to leave just leave.
I'm just wondering what the incentive is to stay in. A lot of them are in it for the fame, so once they've had their time in the spotlight why would they stay if not for the money?
3 AnswersReality Television5 years agoBBUK: Has anyone noticed how much Marc manipulates the other housemates?
Just before the Timebomb housemates went back in, when they were in the diary room just before nominating Harry, you could see him whispering to Helen behind Nikki's head.
I also noticed, when Sam and Simon were solely responsible for nominating, Sam was intent on nominating one person, think it was Joel, and he took her aside and convinced her to nominate someone else (Jack I think). But he's so subtle about it. I don't think the rest of them realise they're being played.
2 AnswersReality Television6 years agoBBUK: How much longer before Mark get's thrown out of the house?
He can be quite aggressive. He's shown he's not averse to physically throwing women around. And he's been getting quite heated about Harry. He's also had several warnings about his behaviour. All it will take is for him to get angry at Harry and we could have a situation.
2 AnswersReality Television6 years agoBBUK: Fake tears anyone?
I've never seen so many people supposedly crying without a single tear being shed. You can tell when someone's actually been crying as their eyes are red, they're sniffling etc. Both Jade and Simon seem to have perfected the dry eyed crying approach. Anyone else notice?
1 AnswerReality Television6 years agoBBUK: Does Nick stand a chance with Harry?
I was quite cute how he was doing the arm across the back of the sofa thing. But she's clearly not interested. I think she'd eat him for breakfast.
2 AnswersReality Television6 years agoBBUK: Has Eileen never watched the show?
Doesn't she understand that they have to nominate SOMEONE? Why shouldn't it be her? I just wish she'd stop going on and on and on about it.
2 AnswersReality Television6 years agoBBUK: What do you think of the big shake up?
Sarah, Harriet, Keiron and the twins were fairly big characters. Is it all going to kick off with these new ones?
That Marc looks a bit up himself.
2 AnswersReality Television6 years agoBBUK: Do you think it was right to throw Aaron out?
3 AnswersReality Television6 years agoBBUK: Are you glad Adjoa's gone?
I think Eileen could make for some interesting TV yet. Adjoa was fairly boring, and I just couldn't stand her whiny voice any longer. Let's face it, Sarah was never going to go was she.
2 AnswersReality Television6 years agoBBUK: Are there any housemates you particularly dislike at this stage?
For me there are two:
Jade with her constant "I'm polyamorous" - who cares, also she keeps harping on about how beautiful she is, when I think she's distinctly average looking.
Aaron - complete drama queen who is quick to ***** about someone but doesn't seem to have any compensating redeeming qualities.
6 AnswersReality Television6 years agoBBUK: Do you feel sorry for Nick?
On the one hand, he's a similar age to my son, and he's obviously not happy with his life. But on the other, I think it's perhaps about time he pulled himself together, cut the apron (and purse) strings, and got himself a job (and a life).
3 AnswersReality Television6 years agoWho do you think is going to be the first to stir up trouble in the BBUK house?
My money's on Sarah
3 AnswersReality Television6 years agoWhat's your opinion on Cristian and Danny eyeing up the girls?
They're like kids in a sweetie shop, picking out which ones they want. They seem to arrogantly assume that all the ones which don't have boyfriends are theirs for the taking. And even the twins, they describe as "vulnerable". I find it a bit uncomfortable to watch really.
2 AnswersReality Television6 years agoWho would you rather have seen go in BBUK tonight?
I know it's a little early to tell what they're like, but Simon looked like fun. I'd have rather seen Adjoa go. She's the only house mate so far I've taken an instant dislike to.
