I'm in my 30's and have been blind all of my life. Because of this I have always urinated sitting down . . . you know, like a woman. Not something I'm proud of, but I don't want to pee all over someone's floor, walls, or pets so I do what I have to do. Anyway, some of my closest friends have been encouraging me to pee standing up. The other day I thought I would try it for the first time. While doing so I found a growth that was about 2" in diameter near my right knee. It extended back up my leg about 12" and I was wondering what this could be?

I live and work near a US Military base. Recently they started putting signs up around post that I'm not familiar with. The signs are yellow, round and there are usually two of them one on top of the other. There are pictures of different trucks with numbers under them (not speed limits because the numbers range from 20 to 36 and are both even and odd). Then, below the signs is a square sign with a number that I think means width because there are two arrows pointing either direction wtih a number in the middle such as 18. I think this means 18' wide. What do these signs mean? I'm seeing them mostly around bridges so I wonder if it has to do with the length of the pictured truck and the width of the bridge.

I am 34 years old and overweight. I do not smoke or drink. I have high blood pressure and take Lisinopril and Atenlol for it. For several months I have been having a lot of indigestion. However, it sits in my chest over the left side. I also have some pain in my shoulder and back, and occassionally it causes me to have some numbness. After taking an antacid and belching it goes away. However, I have 2 - 4 bouts of this a day. Usually right after meals but, sometimes even in the a.m. after waking up. The doctor put me on Zantac but, it doesn't seem to be working. I've been told it could be Magnesium deficiency and I've started taking a 250 mg tablet per day. This helps some but, it's still happening. If anyone can provide me with some good useful information I would GREATLY appreciate it and give a best answer.

Also, when I get the indigestion in my chest area it causes some pressure and discomfort. My heart sometimes flutters and it lasts for several minutes to a few hours until I am able to relieve the gas. I have had an EKG and a chest x-ray both of which were normal.

My girlfriend has always been a bit "adventurous" in bed. Lately she has gotten downright kinky. We were making love a few nights ago and she told me to hit her! Never having done this before I hesitated and she pinched me on the thigh and told me to hit her...so I hit her. When she regained consciousness she was all pissy with me. She didn't talk to me for awhile and then told me I should have known what she meant. Luckily, today the swelling started going down and she has forgiven me. Any advice?
