So i recently got a gym membership. I'm 21. I weigh about 250. And i want to look good and feel comfortable in a bathing suit by june. I don't want a stomach that hangs out like i have now. And my i would like my legs to b a little better too.

My boyfriend and i are going to the beach june 1st.

Can somebody help me plan a workout? I work monday-friday till 5pm. And i am currently going to the gym monday, wednesday, and friday.

Please help.

the other day i was on my boyfriend's ipod and when i opened up his browser his facebook was signed in and i saw he had a new message, i know i shouldn't have, but i opened his message page, and seen that he was messaging other girls. i read them, and i wasn't happy with it. i don't wanna give names. but in his convo with girl 1 they were talking dirty, like he was telling her she can do whatever she wanted to him, n stuff like that, then there was a message where she said she liked the picture he sent her of "ted" (which is what they named his penis). and he said he liked the picture she sent him of her titts. and he was sayin he wished he knew her better in high school years ago cuz she's a very beautiful girl, and then later in the convo he said he couldn't wait to see her friday, and that he was gunna call her in 10 minutes. He always spends weekends with me, and one friday he called me n said he had a family thing to do so he couldn't come over that weekend. n now i'm wonderin if he blew me off to go with her...

convo with girl 2 wasn't that bad, just one part where she said "u should stop over sometime, i got a new bedset, no sexual pun intended" and he replied "oh, y not, that's what i was hopin for. lol" n she said cuz that would still b cheating onher bf if they fooled around. n he said "not if u don't tell him".

i don't know if he's cheating on me or not, i hope not. i know he loves me, he tells me all the time, he calls me every nite to tell me good nite. and he said the other day he wants to spend as much time with me as he can. so he's been comming over alot more.

but still, it hurt me to read those messages from girl 1. i was litterally crying reading some of them.

so my question is, is there any way i can get into his facebook account from my computer without him knowing?

i don't know his password, but i know his e-mail address and his cell phone number linked with the account, but that number got shut off.

can anybody please help me? i need to find out the truth about all this...

this is going to b long...

so for the past 4 days i've been having a problem... sunday i started feeling really hungry. like every hour i felt like i hadn't eaten yet. so i would have a little snack all day.

monday, i had a reqlly wierd stomach ache. it was like i was hungry but sick at the same time. i really didn't feel like eating that day so i barely did. had a piece of pizza n ended up fetting really sick. felt like i was gunna puke.

tuesday, yesterday, i still had the wierd feeling in the morning till like noon-ish. so i didn't eat anything. but then aroumd 5 i started to feel really hungry, so i ate sometjing litrle. n i felt sick after, but got hungry again around 9, so i had a banana. didn't make me sick.

today, i was woken up at about 8 cuz i was so hungry i couldn't sleep. it was making my head hurt. so i got up, n had some buttered bread, that made me very sick like 2 minutes after i ate it. so i didn't eat anything else for a couple hours. then i had something to eat at about 4. filled me up, i didn't feel sick. then about an hour ago i got really hungry so i got a chicken sandwish, it started to make me sick while eating it so i only ate about half of it. n rite now i feel so hungry again. like hungry where it makes my head hurt. but i don't wanna eat again...

what is wrong with me? y am i soo hungry all the time? i've never been like this...

i'm worried i could b pregnant. my boyfriend n i started having sex about a month ago. we have it alot, he doesn't use condoms, but doesn't go in me either. and i'm on the depo shot.

My boyfriend has tried to use a condom when we have sex but as soon as it touches his dick, like not even on all the way, he goes soft. Y is that? Is he allergic to the condoms or something? We tried like 6 of them.

i just got a tanning pass and i want to use it. i have never gone tanning before, i've always been a pasty white all year long and i hate it. but i heard that you shouldn't tan if u have tattoos. i have 2. one i got almost 3 years ago and the other one i got yesterday. can i still tan with them? and if so how long should i wait untill i can tan again with this new tattoo? i don't wanna wait too long, it's getting really hot out and i want to start wearing shorts. lol.

i'm 20 years old and for the past year or two i have been wanting to get pregnant and have a baby. it seems like lately, over the past couple months, i have been wanting it even more than ever. i keep having these dreams that i'm pregnant and i am soooo happy in these dreams. but when i wake up and realize that it was just a dream the rest of my day sucks and i'm in such a bad mood all day.

i have a lump under my left breast. it's not like directly in the middle, if that makes any sense, it's like rite under my breast but up towards my clevage some, don't know if that made sense either.

but anyways, it's been there for a bout 2 weeks, it hasn't gotten any bigger, or any harder/softer, but it has started hurting. it feels like a really bad sunburn in that one spot. it's not red like a sunburn, but it feels like it, u kno like when u get siverely burned and can't even touch it without crying? that's what it feels like.

it's not round, it's more of a long lump, it's hard around the edges and soft in the middle, i don't know what it is but it's getting really annoying. it hurts so bad i wanna cry.

it hurts when i move no matter what i'm doing. i can't lay certain ways at night because it hurts so bad it will keep me up.

does anybody know what it is? i'm scared i could have breast cancer or something... HELP!!!
