My child's father and I have been broken up since my son was 3 months old. He has not paid child support and has only seen him 5 or 6 times in the last year. I told him that I was going to put him on child support and now he says he is going to take custody of our son just because he doesn't want to pay. He has a criminal record in 2 states, but not in the state we live in (Georgia). He believes he can take custody because he makes more money than me, and I'm not working right now. I live with my parents, but I am going to school and trying to find a job. Can he really take my son from me?

My boyfriend's ex-girlfriend keeps calling my phone threatening to shoot and kill myself and my two children. I recorded every last word she said and made a police report. I was just wondering if anyone knows what kind of sentencing she may get (besides a restraining order)

My best friend/ love of my life broke up about a year ago and we have a child together. We broke up because he cheated on me and got the other girl pregnant. (He moved in w/ her in the first place because he had no other choice, and no I am not in denial) He really doesn't care about her. We have been through so much together and even after all this time, I can't picture myself with anyone else. How can I get him back?

Earlier today on my student account, it was showing a debit memo of 2985.00 and a debit memo of 66.25. Now it is saying a debit memo of only 496.25. what does that mean? I have direct deposit. When should the money be in my bank account? I am getting the full 2985.

This is an older movie and I am pretty sure it has Farrah Fawcet in it. A man breaks into her house and rapes her and beats her up. I remember she sprayed him in the eye with bug spray or hair spray and put him in the fire place at the end. I can't remember the name of it. It is pretty old. Maybe late 80's or early 90's.

There was a town or something that needed to be saved by a kid where they had to skip a rock across a lake that had turned into mud. There were these alien-like creatures and one of them was yellow. Yes I just asked, but I figured if I rephrased, someone may answer. The movie is at least 10 years old and we watched it when I was in the 5th grade at school. It may be a Disney Movie but I'm not sure. (Not Cartoon)
