My wife and I are planning a cruise to Jamaica, Mexico, and Grand Cayman. We had to scrimp and save for the vacation and don't have a great deal of flexibility in additional expenses right now. She has some girlfriends and I have my son, so we plan to split up for part of the vacation. Is there a cheap way to have cell phone contact for emergency purposes while abroad? I know some parts of Jamaica etc., have problems with crime and it would just make us both more comfortable if we knew the communication lines were open.

I have a cruise scheduled to Falmouth Jamaica early next year. I have heard there were some difficulties early with vendors hasseling tourists and illegal activities. Does anyone have an experience with this area since within the last 6 or 7 months? I suppose what I am asking is it a safe family destination and what were your experiences?

Am open to either Deep Sea or Bottom fishing. Since I am one a ship I only have a limited amount of time for me and my son. Really want to maximize the opportunity to catch fish. Catch and release is ok, but also would like to keep one for a local restaurant to fix for us. Anyone with travel experience in this area, or a local, please help.

I have a mentally handicapped son that can get around pretty well but has some limitations. I want him to have as much freedom as possible and one way to do that on an upcoming cruise is to buy and teach him to use a 2-way radio (also he keeps horses on our farm and it would be nice to stay in touch when he is riding and feeding). Can anyone suggest a inexpensive radio that will work well on a cruise ship and maybe in port?

Many pastors and others defent Illegal Immigrants. If they truely want to help, why don't they encourage the ones that are not criminals to go home and apply to come to America legally. Would they not better serve both sides of the issue by providing funds and assistance for Legal Immigration? I know many good people who are illegal, but I also know many criminals bring drugs and underage prostitutes in on the same smuggling system the immigrants use. Do the churches accept any responsibility for supporting the illegal and criminal side of this problem?

I am almost 60, have to care for a handicapped wife and son, while working a stressful job. I Know it is common for someone in my situation to have periods of depression. Lately I can't sleep, have developed a significant heart arrhythmia, and feel a sense of worry constantly. Does anyone have a suggestion (not medical help) about a way to reduce the stress and avoid the more serious depression I am feeling now?

I have been told it is illegal for an american to purchase cuban cigars anywhere in the world. Is this true? I would love to try one just once to say I have done it, but really am not going to break any laws to do it.
