I live with my girlfriend, her two boys, 1 boy of our own, and one on the way. We got into a shouting match and she told me to get out. I said no, I live here too. There is no official lease, as the house is her sister's boyfriend's house (who just broke up too). When I said no, she got violent, hitting me in the face a few times. I didn't retaliate as I knew she was trying to provoke me to hurt her. I'm in a financial bind and she knows that I couldn't afford to move if I wanted to. If we both paid rent (there's proof) can she kick me out cause she paid the last month's rent? We moved in together to this place and have been here 11 months. 

My girlfriend has two kids from a previous relationship. When she was pregnant with my child, she said the pregnancy was different from her other two. I explained that a FACTOR(not basis) in the difference of her pregnancy is that my half of the babies DNA is different because of a different family history. Can someone clarify if this holds any truth or not?

Her: I ll agree to $***.00 in child support. But you have have to give me sole custody.

Me: I m not giving you sole custody.

Her: Then I will take you for child support and make you pay FULL support.

I was out of state at the birth of my latest son. I called the court. They instructed me to send proof and fax a notarized letter. I did so. Promptly. I was sent a letter which stated that I willfully refused to attend and ordered that I pay child support plus child care. This total is much more than any check that I receive from my job. My youngest (newest) child lives with me. Is it legal to order so much? I can t pay rent. Can t afford to eat. The order is more than ANY check I ve made.

Mom A was awarded a temporary order

Mom B was awarded a permanent order before Mom A got a permanent order. Will the court subtract Mom Bs order from Dad's salary first or will it be subtracted in order of who filed?

My daughters mother has a temporary order of protection against me. She has been texting and calling, trying to get me to answer (I haven't and I won't). Is this harrasment?

My daughters mom claims that I assaulted her. I have read her report of what happened. I know for a fact that she is lying and I can prove that everything she stated is a lie. When do I charge her for perjury, now or after I have proven my innocence?
