I and this guy had an arrangement so spend the day together and he would give me $1100 but at the end of the day, he gave me a check of the amount. which wrote on the back in very tiny letters void this check. when i asked him why it was written there, he showed me his check book and it all said so. He swore the check will go through. i deposited the check in my account and it returned unpaid. when i wrote to him and said the check didn't go through.. he said he does know me and said he wrote me no check. I have all the texts he sent to me before and after the day we met. I sent him a criminal bad check form to pay the money in 10 days or he will be arrested. He still claims he didn't give me the check. i have proofs. Now all that is left to do is forward the copy to the DA's office.I want to know if i will get the money or will he go to jail, if a warrant for his arrest is issued? I AM WILLING TO DO WAT EVER SO HE GETS A SHARE OF MY PAIN...LIKE MAYBE BEING PERSECUTED? I AM IN GA AND IT SAYS HE MIGHT BE IN JAIL FOR 2YRS SINCE THE CHECK WAS OVER $500.
