  • Number Generation in FileMaker Pro?

    Can anyone tell me how to generate sequential numbers with FileMaker Pro? I need a number to be assigned automatically as I enter each new record. Preferably one with 5 digits, eg 00001, 00002, 00003 etc. If this isn't possible, just 1, 2, 3, 4, and so on would be fine. I have FMP 7. If you need more information to help, just ask.

  • Learning to Program???

    If I was interested in learning to program, can anyone reccomend a good starting point? Tutorials, people, classes, web sites? Anything? Doesn't matter what type, or what language, as long as it's not binary! Preferably something that doesn't cost masses.
