My husband and I will spend two weeks in Miami, and I have been researching the area for six months using brochures, websites, and resolved questions on Yahoo! Answers. We plan to visit the zoo, Parrot Island, Seaquarium, the Everglades, and other well-known tourist attractions. However, I am interested in some unusual places to go that only a local can tell me about. I am looking for “bucket list” things, like diving to a shipwreck, circus school, etc. We are not interested in shopping, clubs, or relaxing on the beach. What would you do within about 100 miles of Miami if the cost was not a factor?

Does anyone know the approximate time frame for the Spring Break invasion in Miami? I am in the Army currently in Iraq, and I want to take my two week R&R in Miami (I am a big Burn Notice fan). I have requested to go in February, but I won’t know which dates until early February. I don’t know how much flexibility I will have, and I want to plan around the crowds as much as I can. If I do end up going during a busy time, which nearby city do you recommend we stay so we can go to the Miami area tourist spots and avoid the crowds?

I have recently stopped getting emails from a friend. I know that he has my correct address because I have received emails forwarded from mutual friends. I don’t think I inadvertently indicated it was spam, so how do I fix it?
