I am watching the golf tourney and it doesn't make sense to me

I store my clubs in my unheated garage during the winter. I was told today that I should store them in a heated area as the cold isn't good for the shafts. Does anyone know if this statement has any substance. It does get to 20 below zero here sometimes.

Why are clowns evil you may ask. Well, they are from Hell. They were sent here to feed on the souls of little children. Just because you are not a child does not mean you are safe from them. They will use you to get to the children. Then they will eat you. Clowns are very dangerous. They have very sharp fangs, which inject their prey with a sedative. It can be lethal to weaker people, but only slows a normal person down. Their eyes can lure people to them. So remember not to look in their eyes. With one look, you can be lured in. They are very strong. SO don't think that you can fight one. You WILL lose. They only way to kill them, is to destroy their head. If you dismember one of their arms or legs, it will grow back. All their make-up is also to lure little children in. If you see a child going towards the clown, grab that child and run. If it is too late to grab the child, do them a favor and save their soul. Kill that child. The more souls a clown takes in, the more powerful it becomes. Guns will only make a clown angry. To slow a clown down, use something cold. Clowns cannot stand the cold. Remember, they come from Hell, where it is warm. They have very good sense of smell. They can smell humans from a long distance. Don't hide, run as fast as possible. Use a car to get away from them. Some clowns, however, can run very fast. Once again, the more souls, the more powerful it is. Always remember, all clowns are evil, no matter how cute or funny they look. They will kill you. Best bet is to stay in a large group, they are less likely to attack when they are in a large group of people. The Godenyen Army is trained in dealing with clowns.
