Can you get enter a country legally NOT through a valid check point?
My friend and I are looking at hiking from Mongolia to Kazakhstan. The one problem is the countries don't boarder by 16 miles. We don't want to have to go back through the mountain range and enter China or Russia just to enter to Kazakhstan. But we don't want to be entering countries illegally. Is there some way you can get permission to do this?
