How do I tell my boss I am tired of getting walked on?
I am in inside sales but do not make commisions. My coworker is outside sales and makes commisions. Not only does he make commisions, but he makes them off of what i sell as well. He gets his commision check on the 15th of every month, right in front of me and i am getting pissed. I sell alot more than he does. He sits on his butt at his house most of the time. (i cant prove that). Why sell when he make commision off of what i sell.
