- 2-3 portions of fruit/veg
- 2 tablespoons of raw tuna
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 slices of white bread
- 1/2 a lemon
- 2L of water

2 AnswersDiet & Fitness10 years agoIs it okay to detoxify my body by eating nothing and drinking only water for 2-3 days?
I've heard that some people have done this for like 10days, but in all honesty, I doubt I could do that...
I'm thinking of doing this because after it, I will kinda change my lifestyle and change the foods I eat and the amount of food that I eat in order to lose weight...
Anyway, would it be fine to eat nothing and drink only water for a couple of days?
Would there be any issues?

im 4"11, 49kg and 15 yrs old and i've been trying to lose weight and dont want to gain any more muscle
but to help with weight loss apart from dieting, i knew that i had to do some exercise so i considered general jogging for an hour each day which i heard woodent result in me gaining muscle....
does jogging for 1 hour really help lose just body fat or does it create muscle to?
i know having muscle is good but at this moment in time my legs alredy look quite bulky whereas my upper body is rather small.
if this exercise wood actually be resulting in me developing more muscles what other exercises could i do or should i even do any exercise at all and just change what i eat?

I ran on a flat surface for 40minutes straight without stopping and i was doing mild running

I've decided that I want to lose 7kg in just under three weeks time...I'm 15, 49kg and 4"11...Do you think it'd be possible for me to lose that much weight by that particular time if I stay away from chocolate and all fried food?? I usually don't eat bread and rice, but do eat cereals such as Weetabix and etc...
If you think I won't lose 7kg in that time, how much do you think I actually could lose??
And what else can I do so that I can lose7kg?
