When I turn my computer on,all the fans start running,but it just hangs there, never going any further. The fans run at 100%,staying there in an endless loop. I have a ATI radeon 4670, amd sempron 3400, 430w psu, 2gb ram. I recently upgraded my PC (gpu and power supply), I know that it's not the parts because this happened before I even upgraded my PC.

I have decided to upgrade my Power Supply and Graphics card.

My computer recently started crashing, and occasionally fails to turn after shutting down. I decided to replace the faulty parts, Graphics card and Power Supply, so that it would work normally again.

It is overdue for an upgrade anyway, so i don't want to try to repair it.

I need suggestions for a graphics card that can do some light to medium gaming, namely 1280x1024 and medium settings. For the power supply, at least 400w minimum, 450w preferred.

I have a budget of $100, which includes shipping.

Whenever I try to install my router with my trendnet software cd, it always fails to recognize it as a trendnet router. I think it has to do something with the firmware. My router is a trendnet tew-432brp model c. I downloaded the newest firmware from trendnet's website, but to install it I have to navigate my browser to the router's configuration page, which I can not do. Please help.

I want to install Vista on a computer with XP already installed. I have already made a partition. If I install Vista on the new partition, will it give me an option of booting into Vista or XP when I start my computer? If it doesn't, how do I make it give me the option.
