are there any vitamins with calories in them at all?

my puppy is about 9 weeks old, barely listens to me and sometimes i feel like he really doesnt like me. two nights ago i put him in his crate and locked him in there and he really doesnt like it and cries and whines and barks but my friend told me he would get used to it, however he still had access to the bathroom next door. he did his business in there this morning for the first time and i praised him for it but hes still not potty trained. any suggestions? also he tends to bite a lot and is starting to bite more. i feel bad that im constantly telling him to stop and sometimes he doesnt even listen when i tell him to stop. i want to teach him to sit stay and come and be a good dog but hes so tiny and cant eat the treat i have to offer. what is a good treat to give him that he will enjoy and will be a lot easier for me to train him with? he never listens to me i need help! oh and im new to dog owning he is my first dog. any help at all will be greatly appreciated!! :)
