When pressing the button to spray the fluid, the fluid does not spray, and the wipers do not come on. What could cause this? Can't even hear the motor try to work. Would this be a fuse? Prior to this problem, had a friend plug a cellphone car charger cord into the cigarette lighter and it blew a fuse. That fuse was replaced, but now we have this problem with the wipers.
