  • I would like to have lost atleast 40kg by this time next year!?

    So, today at school all our teachers were telling us how they have already booked a place for our year 10 formal next year, 2014. Currently I am 14 years old, about 160cm and I weigh 90kg.. Its really bad and I really want to change it. Is there anything that anyone can reccomend that I do to be able to stay motivated to try to loose about 40kgs by the time my formal comes around next year.. Year 10 is supposed to be memorable right? Well I sorta wanna keep it that way. But I would love to change my weight, its something I have been trying for awhile now.. But I have never been motivated enough and sometimes I'll forget and.. Is there anything that anyone can recommend to me to help me out? All help would be greatly appreciated. <3 Thank you so much in advance!

    Heya!!

    Can anyone get the piano notes for me to a song?

    Or can you help me to learn it by ear properly?

    Because Ive tried too and its really hard to haha cause I'm not a very good piano player by ear.

    But any help is appreciated if you can write the notes or something.

    In the whole song, there is soft piano in the background the whole time. Then there are parts were its just the piano solo's. But pretty much the whole song, or where you can hear piano would be great! :)

  • Am I Going To Be Okay?

    Hiya Everyone.

    I'm 13 years old. I weigh 90kg and I'm 159cm.

    I know my weight is really bad for my age.

    I'm wanting to loose 50kgs, in around 6-8 months and I'm willing to do anything.

    I mean ANYTHING.. besides pills..

    If I run 2km every day and eat only vegetables & fruit and only drink water for about a few months.

    How much do you think I can loose?

    Is this a stable diet for awhile?

    Do I need to run more or something?
