An unsolved family mystery has had me searching out details for the last year or so. March 10th 1915 saw the last day of my Great-Great Aunt Rose's lifeless face down in the mud beside Yeto Pecorino's grocery store after being shot through the heart by a 'highwayman' (thief/robber) with a 32 automatic bullet at essentially point-blank range leaving powder burns/marks on her as well. Any ideas on what might have been used? Could it have been left-over Civil War stock or ??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We got married 1.5 years ago had a rough start and soon after getting married we gave birth to our son. I started working 2 jobs about 7 months after we were married, taking up all my time, we had a lot of bills to pay and I wanted her to take her time raising the 2 kids (1 more prior to our marriage). That was a mistake, after starting 2 jobs, we spent no time together, I came in and went to sleep got up and went to work. Fast forward past the fights over nothing and the distancing between ourselves, several months ago she separated from me, over the next weeks I worked on what I could (still working 2 jobs) b4 she said it was over and there was nothing more I could do. After I agreed and moved on, I started dating (b4 divorce) a coworker I had only ever been friends with b4 this time. Come to find out my wife has been 'talking' with other men for some time, she's moved on to dating other men but is upset that I moved on. I know both are adultery but why should she be upset with me?
