I hurt my ankle skateboarding last week, it cracked but didnt break. Its fine now although the back of my ankle still hurts when i jump, how do i fix it quick, im currently usimg a foot cast

I was on dueling network and the text says "discard 1 level 8 monster; draw 2 cards". Is there a new ruling on it being a cost, if so can i use old copies that dont have the new text printed and use it as a non cost,

I skate spitfires mainly because theyre hard and i do powerslides form time to time, yet i can never get enough speed in transition, i tried my friends rictas and seem alot smoother making speed and some tricks easier

Im a little nervous, im 15 5'11 and a half or 6'0. I dont really know because my gym teacher said im 5'11 while every time i pass a scale im pass the 6'0 line. Im 173 lbs and i was 5'11 last year. So i either i grew an inch or very little. This concerns me because i really dont want to stop growing at 5'11 or 6'0. I would appreciate some help
