I just moved 2 Orlando and I'm an up and coming hip hop and R&B producer ....I just wanted 2 know if Orlando had and beat battles or any type of urban scene at all where I could network and gain exposure? any help would be greatly apprieciated

I mean, I know people like solijah boy, D4L, shawty Lo are wack when it comes to lyrics but I mean there really some very good lyricists that are from the south.. Luda, Andre3000,Scarface,T.I to name a few...alot of these artist have classic albums under their belt but still you got people that wanna down play the south's movement and say hip hop is dead and what not...I love 2pac ,biggie,nas and jigga just like any other hip hop fan ..I mean but how convenient is it to say hip hop is dead when no one from uptop is making noise outside of jay and maybe nas

It may be one of the most highly anticipated albums ever, right up there with Dr. Dre Detox but it has been pushed back more time than I've ever seen.. its starting to make me think that its not gonna live up to its hype... your thoughts??
