We were in relationship, but the girl cheated on me. Now i want to tell her parents about our relationship, show them our photos of kissing. I want to hurt her now as her parents will get hurt by hearing all this about their daughter, she will get hurt too.
'I wanted to know' if this can cause harm to me as her parents might lodge a case against me.

I want to work as php developer. I have basic knowledge about php, mysql, html and css.
So I really wanted to know whether I have to learn to make website design myself by writing the html code or it is ok through a builder like in dreamweaver..??
