  • Purolator says my package was delivered, but I never received it...?

    I ordered an Xbox One from EB Games quite a while ago, they shipped it via Purolator to my home (I'm away at school, and they couldn't ship it to a different billing address that was on my credit card).

    Purolators online delivery system says it was delivered, but I've had my Dad circle the house a hundred times looking for a package and it never came. Usually packages of this calibre warrant a signature upon delivery. What is my next step? Call Purolator, or call EB Games?

    Thanks!

  • If I take photos of a company event while working, who do the photos belong to?

    I work for an organization that hosts quite a few events during the summer. It is not in my job description, nor was I instructed by my bosses to take photos, but when I had some down time during the events I would take pictures of everyone enjoying themselves.

    The company asked for the photos just for their records, but then took them and published them in a national magazine brochure without my consent after I was no longer an employee.

    Who owns the photos? Are they my property, or because I was on company time do they belong to them? I never gave permission for their publication.

    I live in Ontario, Canada btw.

  • 1984 vs. Brave New World. Would you agree with this statement? EASY 10pts!!?

    Alright would you or would you not agree with this statement and why?

    "An Orwellian world is much easier to recognize, and to oppose than a Huxleyan."

    I have my reasons, but I was just shopping around for the opinions of others.

    Thanks.

  • Death of A Salesman Question?

    I have a essay on DOAS due in a few weeks and I wanted to get a head start on research. I wanted to get input from people who weren't in my class and different opinions. The topic is "How might the book be seen as a social commentary on American society?" What are some points I should bring up in my essay? All answers are appreciated. Thanks!

  • Visual Basic Easy Help, Algorithms!?

    I have some homework due tomorrow and I am stumped on this one question, I understand how to do the > or < symbols with the elseif statements, however when I input them it never works and the answer value always stays the same. The code I have now is:

    Dim txtScore As Integer = 1

    If txtScore > 99 Then

    Me.lblMedalAnswer.Text = "Bronze"

    ElseIf txtScore < 199 Then

    Me.lblMedalAnswer.Text = "Gold"

    Else

    Me.lblMedalAnswer.Text = "Silver"

    End If

    How can I alter that to work and represent this question, Write application code so that when Enter is clicked, the medal awarded is displayed in a label. A gold medal is awarded if the student’s score is greater than 200, a silver medal is awarded if the student’s score is between 100 and 200 inclusive, and a bronze medal is awarded if the score is less than 100.

    Thannks soo much!
