Hello, i have booked to fly to JFK from Manchester with American Airlines(Flight AA211) can anybody tell me if i have to pay for food & beverages, including alcohol on this flight, we are not flying business or first class this time hence why I don't know this information.

About 6 months prior to my daughters boyfriend passing away after being in a car accident he experienced some strange happenings.

When he was in bed at night he woke up to be looking down on himself in bed-simular to an out of body experience, he would feel himself shouting but nobody could hear him, during this time my daughter said that she would be trying to wake him as he was shouting in his sleep as if he was scared & she couldn't wake him. She also said that he would make strange noises which were quiet scary, this happened about 3 or 4 times over a few weeks & suddenly stopped.

Eventually when he was awake he would cry as he was scared & didn't know what was going on...

Would this be anything to do with spirits warning him his passing is near & preparing him for his passing.

Please, only serious answers as time is still very raw about his death, he was only 24 & we are still suffering this tragic loss of such a wonderful person.

I hate cardio, I hate working out but I know i need to, I love weight training though.

Can anybody recommend a weight training work out that wouldn't bulk me up just tone me without the cardio?

I also have a couple of jillian Michaels work out DVDs which I enjoy but do get bored sometimes...I have lose weights at home & can go to the gym if I must...
