my house was broke into last week we have made a claim on the insurance and had some one from the insurance out today he told me that we would get some items replaced ,ie xbox 360 and dsi xl and a laptop thing is i cant find any where that has the same dsi xl in stock as it was the Special edition mario 1 so will they replace it with the next one down from this or a better one , the man told me i would get a check for some of the things like games and cash that was took said this will take 14 days and a few days for the other stuff to get delivered can any one tell me if this is the case as i never had to deal with insurance claim before

my house got broke into on friday night and they took all my games consoles and games also my laptop and some cash i rang the police who came out quite fast but they said they cant see how they got away my kitchen window has been forced open and my back door had been opened by the bugler from inside they found no finger prints or footprints any way i told the police what i could see missing but after they left and i cleaned up i noticed some other items missing as well not much just a phone and some dvds will i need to let the police know about these things as well before making a claim on my insurance and do i need to have all the receipts for every thing my policy covers me for new for old but not sure how the insurance think works as never had to claim before any advice would be good

i have had this pain in my upper back for 4 days now pain killers are not working it feels like i have been hit with a big hammer very painfull when i move my arms around and when i move my neck the pain is in my upper back feels like between shoulders it is just a constant pain i have not fell or had any accidents or any thing so any one had this or any ideas thanks in advance

When my son crys or whinges even, it sounds like he has a wheeze when he breathes in should this be a worry hes 16mths old only noticed it the past few days taking him for a check up tomorrow any 1 had similar or no what it might be?Thank you

can i do this and clean the gravle and every thing as gravel vac not doing much good now my fish tank (tropical fish) is quite dirty now it has been getting 10/15% water changes and every thing but it just not looking as clean as it should i want to empty it and give it all a good clean so any ideas on the safest way to do this without harming my fish

my bulb just gone and they are a little to much for me to pay so what is the difference from a normal low watt bulb that you would use in the house will it be ok to use one in my fish tank

been playing fifa 11 on xbox for a few weeks now untill last night i went to play (carear mode ) and it wont load my saved profile it just says that its bad and it has started telling me i must be loged in when it has never done this before only since i tryed to go online but that fail due to my line not working tho

Well on the 21st of september we went to tribunal for my son we won and were awarded middle rate care.I rang dla on the 12th oct to see what was happening and they said they haven't received award from tribunal yet so she said she would ask them to fax a new copy.So i rang again friday last week and they again said they had not received it so i rang tribunal service up they told me they had definitely faxed it,so i rand dla back they said they definitely never received it so this is 2 awards lost so i rang on tuesday and he told me he would request a further copy from tribunal,tribunal said yesterday no one had requested ba third copy so he said he would fax another straight over right my question is what do i do do i just keep ringing them was going to ring again today to see if they had received the 3rd award they had been sent but don't want them to think i am a pest sorry for the long story any advice would be Great thanks

Im due a tribunal today for my son who is 10mths he has swcah,had anybody been to tribunal and what should i expect

the car is running starts and drives but i let the fuel run very low nearly ran out put fuel in now it is kind of cutting out all the time it dose not actually cut out it feels more like it running out of fuel but if i put my foot down and go faster it is ok just seems to be on low revs can any one help me please also the light has come on stop and engine light also on been told it the fuel pump could it be this or somthing else

My solicitor rang yesterday with an offer for a accident i had jan last year she asked me if i wanted to accept it,i thought you had to sign to say you accept it has any 1 else had there accident offer over the phone.This was supposed to go to court but they settled out of court.

Iv just had rossendales out for 2700 in unpaid council tax and dont no what to do he wont accept a weekly payment well he will but he wants £365 first i dont have this so he said he would be back in 2 days with a 24hr notice to seize all my goods what can i do will they still take my stuff if i tell them there my partners or can i sell my stuff to some one and rent it back please help i have 3 children and currently on maternity leave

My 2 week old baby keeps vomiting and the odd vomit has green through it we took him to the hospital and they ran loads of test to check for twisted gut luckily every thing was fine so we were discharged but my baby still keeps vomiting and still has green in his vomit when he was born he was 7lb 7oz he now is 6lb 15oz the doctors are not concerned about this as they allow them to lose 10% of there birth weight but my baby seems to be drinking less milk and bringing it bk so i doubt he will have put any weight on im starting to get really concerned now incase they have missed something is there anything else that can cause a baby to be sick green or has any1 had a similar experience please

we just had a baby last week but my wife just starts crying for no reason and when we talk she starts to cry she keeps telling me she is fine but i am a little worried now as its not like her any help would be greatly appreciated
