I was using the patchs (week 3) and realised it wasn't working for me so I changed to use pill. Should i carry on with my patch week (so next week would be week 4) Or.. start a from week 1 with the pills?

I've just stopped using the patch recently. I was on my week 2 with the patches, now I've changed to pills. do i carry on with my patch week but with pills? or start a fresh with pills (started from week 1 again) ?

What happens to my period if i deciside to come off the birth control patch, and what will happen if i want to use the patch again after a few weeks?

i'm due to go on holiday on end of may and you can see the patch through my swimming costume so i was planning to take it off and i heard it can take a while for you to get back onto your period and i wanted to make sure my period is sorted before i set off for my holiday (no worries), so i was hoping to stop using the patch until after my holiday which is 2 weeks then go back on using the patch afterwards, also i hope to take my patch off when i go on holidays in the future then put it back on when i return home. is this okay or will it mess up my period again?
