I withdrew £70 from my account and the ATM machine didn't give me my money but charged my account anyway. I went to the bank and they filled out a form and said the investigation should take 3 days but didn't say how long it would take for the money to be refunded. I also contacted the ATM provider and thankfully they had a record of the transaction and that there was an error at the same time. So I have no doubt that the money will be returned - just wondering how long it should take..
