Gas station now a house. Need to find out what it was called and years it was there. It is located near the Historic Studabaker Rock. (First Studabaker Car) Near Fin Feather and Fur in Ashland County Ohio..Please Help if you can Thank You

I took my cat to vet for she was having trouble giving birth. Found out the kittens were dead and rotten. He pulled out one and it was in pieces. He refused to do the needed surgery because he didn't have time he had to go to a wedding. told me to take to my other vet. I did not have another vet, he gave me name of another vet took the cat there.cat survived surgery died as they were bringing her back..They said the stress was just to much for her..and they there is a good chance if first vet would have done surgery the cat would have lived. Can we sue? The time it took to get back in car drive to other vet and have her re-checked at the next vet wasted valuable time for this cat.
