I've been dating this girl for a good 2 months and we are both really feeling each other right now, we talk every day and hang out whenever we can. Unfortunately we both have to go back to school soon and we are a good 3 hours away from each other and we both are involved in athletics so we cant just visit each other when we want. We aren't officially boyfriend girlfreind simply because idk if i should make a commitment like that right before we go back to school. She goes to a big university and is a good looking girl and i know from her past she likes to party and have a good time. I just dont know whether i should just drop it and move on or if i should try going out with her and make the risk of having her cheat on me. I do like this girl alot and i really do wish i could have met her sooner i just dont know what to do in my situation. Please gimme advice

I am talking to this girl, i have been for a few weeks now. We talk every day and hang out pretty often. We have hooked up a few times and she seems cool and we genuinely have a real good time together. However her and her ex broke up i guess in a bad way and she always talks **** about him, but last night she was texting him while hanging out with me. I didn't act like i cared cause i figured that was the best thing to do, but i mean im not cool with being a second option to anyone. I do like this girl but i dunno if i can deal with her talking and maybe seeing her ex (even if its usually fighting). Should i confront her about it and be like "whats going on with ur ex, im not cool with being the second option" or should i just continue to play it off like i dont care.

I was at my MMA class yesterday and ironically while i was sitting down on the mat i tried standing up and brought my knee up from under me in an awkward way and felt a crack and immediate pain that caused me drop to my face and lay there for a bit.

I had to limp for a few mins after that but after that i was able to finish class with only some soreness in my knee.

I now woke up the next day and there is some swelling in my knee and i cannot bend it past probabll 75 degrees

Any ideas to what i could have done, or advice?

Last year and the year before that everyone was all about Lebron. Lebron was the best. Lebron is MVP. Lebron is the face of the NBA. While kobe was the talented but bad guy of the league who cant win without shaq. Now all of the sudden just because Lebron said or did 2-4 hot-headed things he isn't the best player in the league? I dont get how Lebron (who obviously is the most talented and wel rounded player in the leauge) got "worse" cause he said dumb things. Kobe is obviously very talented and hes on an amazing team, but i just dont see how "the best player on earth" title shifts so quickly when things not evne related to basketball happen. For kobe (not winning wihtout shaq, having that fling with the maid) for lebron (not shaking hands, dunkgate, MVP shirt). Im starting to think the title of "greatest player on earth" is more about whos image is better at the time rather then skill. Your opinion about who that happens to be is all yours, if its lebron great, if its kobe great. But whichever side you are on you have both experienced this massive shift of reporters, espn, and just the general population siding with whosever rep is better. What do u think?

I don't hate president obama. I think he's an intellectual and very charismatic person. But what justifies his winning of the Nobel Peace Prize? Has his stardom and fame really hazed peoples judgement that much? Like i said before i don't dislike president obama, but the nobel peace prize is a prestigious award given to people like Mother Theresea and Nelson Mandela who spent their entire lives making the world a better place and changing things for the better. Obama has told us hes going to bring "change"...What "change" hes planning on bringing is yet to be seen, but other then that he has not done much other then promise alot of things. I want world peace too, does that mean i deserve the nobel peace prize too? Like i said, i dont dislike him i just think that this award is losing credibility if people are giving it out because a man promises change and peace but hasn't done anything about it. I just wanna know what you think about this award being given to him.

My father eats healthier then anyone else in my family, for just about every meal he eats salads and tomatos and other veggies, he also gets plenty of exercise by working on the house. Yet he still has a big belly which is even more interesting because his arms and legs and rest of his body is so skinny. His belly is just a big bump like hes pregnant. I was wonderin if this is due to him drinking beer (which he does drink alot of) because some sites say that beer does not give you a beer belly.

Im just wondering whether or not beer can actually give you a beer belly or does it just make you fat all over or what. Please help.

I cant get my lacrosse heads to throw correctly. I have a clutch on a liquid metal and it works like a charm but i also have a Brine Truth and a Gait Torque, both good heads. Unfortunantly i cant get either to throw correctly. I bought my torque offline and got some guy to string it with 6d mesh and it looks fine and i just won my truth at a lacrosse camp the other day for being MVP =) ha but anywyas. I tried playing with both and both have a very low release, like if i throw over hand they both shoot straight down off the ground. I tried tightening the side wallstrings but it had no effect. I was wondering what the cause of this is and if i could get any advice i just don get it.

Me and my girlfriend were planning on having sex at her house and we were fooling around and stuff. Perhaps kobe isn't the GOAT, Perhaps kobe isn't the best player in the league, perhaps he isn't even in the top 3. Now think to yourself, when was the last time kobe was undisputably the best player in the league? It wasn't during the three peat (he wasn't even the best player on his team). It wasn't during the 5 years after that when he didn't win an MVP and his team struggled to win games with him forcing to many shots. And it isn't the last two years were Lebron and Wade both have compelling arguements of being the better player. Now for someone to say kobe is the greatest player of all time (whcih i know is only a few of the extremely conceited laker fans) when he hasn't even been considered without a doubt the best player in the league any year is pretty insane. I mean you can make an arguement he has been the best player in the league for the past 3 years, but i could make one that lebron and wade were too. You could make an arguement saying he ws the most dominant player of the past decade but i could make one saying shaq, duncan, or KG was. I think personally what really sets kobe aside from other players is the GM. Yes the GM. I think everoyne should proclaim the greatness of the guys in the office rather then kobe. Kobe is a phenomanal player with tons of athleticism, but the Lakers GM who has been able to put some of the greatest teams around kobe ever assembled should be getting the praise. I mean the 3 years they repeated and then this year i could go on for days about the players you could sub in for kobe and they coulda won. Lebron, Wade, T-mac (healthy), Pierce. I mean basically any star 2 or 3 player coulda won with that team. Which team is more posed to go all the way next year... After the shaq trade i figured it was gonna be Cavs VS Lakers, you know kobe vs shaq vs lebron show stopping performances all that nonsense. But now after Vince went to the MAgic and the spurs got jefferson and stole blair in the second round im thinking its gonna be Magic Vs Spurs

I mean in the west the spurs gave the lakers a run for their money with Tony Ginobili and Duncan (when healthy) and now that they have jefferson and blair to go with those three can the lakers even hold a light to them? i mean the spurs match them at every position and then some. And in the east the Magic were already a more complete team then anyone else and witht he addition of Vince they have an athlete who can create shots and be a lockdown defender on guys like kobe, lebron and wade. All in all i think if the spurs and magic stay healthy its those two.
