How To Read French???
Hi! so I would really like to know how to speak and read French, and i know that the French alphabet is the same as the English alphabet, the only problem is that the french words look so different from the pronunciation for example:: Je m'appelle (my name is..) sounds more like Juh Mapel and i have trouble reading it and then trying to pronounce the words without some kind of CD. is there a way i can learn it without an audio track? i hope this is not to confusing but thanks ! :)

Hey! I would like to learn how to play piano by ear cause I personally think it sounds more like a song then playing it by sheet music. Right now I am taking regular piano lessons (not by ear) but I dont like reading sheet music, so can anyone tell me how you play piano by ear?? Thanks!! :D

Okay I have a friend that is anorexic...she eats a little during school, but she normally skips lunch. But she is constantly saying over and over and over again that she has flab and she is fat! sometimes it get on my nerves cause she is really skinny, more then me and it makes me feel really bad. when i see her not eating lunch, while im chewing away..it MAKES ME FEEL FAT! and it makes me feel bad that im eating! I dont want to stop eating like her or anything...but it feels like her low self confidence is rubbing off on me and im starting to feel fat to! please help! thanks soo much! :D

Hi I think my best friend may be making her self throw up and its really worrying me. I have no proof that she really is...but she did ask me if making yourself throw up was considered bulimic...i asked her if she was doing that but she just did'nt answer. my friend is not really a serious type of person...like she's really random and loud and crazy and stuff. I swear she has like ADD or something. but anyway i do know that last year she told me very seriously that her doctor told her she was anorexic. I kinda assumed that because she never ate lunch at school. But now, she did start to eat lunch more this school year...not everyday..but occassionly. Once she asked me about the throwing up thing...i offered her food to eat and she immedietly turned to the back and looked at the carbs and calories and was like "this has 13 carbs!!!" and "50 calories!!!" then she denied it...Im extreamly worried about her. She seemed like she had gotten over her anorexia from last year...but Im not really sure now...but after school i she did go to the vending machine because she was starving and got some chips and she started to eat cheerios after that but she told me that the cheerios probably had 900 calories...okay sorry about going so long. but if you could tell me how I can encourage her to eat more that would be great! thanks!

Hi so i am in 8th grade and i am going to do a science project testing if there is oil from plants that you can use to use as sunscreen and which oil from the plants would work the best. I am planning to use coconut oil, Almond oil, and Tamanu oil. i was thinking of spreading the oils on a plasitic wrap and putting it out in the sun for awhile ....but im not really sure how i would figure out the SPF levels for each of them...i was thinking of using a UV monitor but i dont think that would be the same thing as SPF...do u have any ideas? thanks so much for your input! :)

hi im a 13 year old girl and of course i have trouble with acne! its not extreamly bad its mostly just like lots of tiny pimples on my forehead not really the type that is red, just like bumps and its kinda annoying. also i have an oily nose that has a lot of blackheads. i think i have combination type of skin because my forhead and nose is oily but my cheeks r not. i was wondering out of murad, proactiv, and perfectskin, which would be the best for me? thanks! :)

I happen to be a 13 year old girl, a swimmer and i have short, stumpy legs, well at least i think my thighs are big like my quads i think. I dont like it! Its so hard for me to look good in something because of my short legs, and I hate it! Is there any way to make it long and lean? like lengthen it some how or make it at least look that way?? thanks :D

Hi. I'm 13 and I am a competitive swimmer. I am 107 pounds and a little over 5'1. I attend practice 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. Whenever i ask a question about food or something on here, i ALWAYS get answers like "don't worry! your a swimmer, you can eat whatever you want as long as your exercising." or "enjoy your fast metabolism" but i personally disagree with these. I HAVE to watch what i eat or else i GAIN weight! Like ALOT! I don't understand why??? Like recently I ate whatever i wanted to (i normally eat healthy) and i went from 107 pounds to 111!!! thats crazy!!! I don't get it! And i know that i am not gaining weight from muscle. I have been swimming for 5 years already. Whats wrong? Why do i gain so much weight? I thought i burned it off at swim practice?? I'm really fustrated! i know that i shouldnt be such a health nut, but i can't help it anyways. Thanks for your time! :D

Hi im 13 and I'm a competitive swimmer. I am 5'1 1/2 and 107 pounds. I go to swim practice 5 days a week, 2 hours each practice. During this summer i have notice that i have gained a lot of weight! Justin awhile ago i checked my weight and i was 111 pounds!! During the school year i was like 101 pounds!!! What happend? I know that its usual to gain weight over the summer, but not this much! I do eat healthy, especially during the school year, but this summer i still am eating healthy but i was'nt as strict on myself. Like i had desert after dinner or something like that. But, even if i was not so strict on myself, why am i gaining sooo much weight?? I know that its not that i am gaining muscle, i can gaurttee that. I thought that i burn off my calories at practice everyday!!! Do i have a SUPER slow metablolism or somthing? What is wrongg!!! Ugh this is real fustrating and it would be great if you could help! thanks! :D

Hi im 13, 5'1 and 107 pounds and i am a competitive swimmer. I kind of wanted to loose a few pounds and I watch what i eat. But, i still don't loose weight. A lot of people say that i am just gaining muscle and everything from swimming, but i don't think i am because my muscles are not sore from swimming. I eat around 2,000 calories a day. And i go to practice 2 hours, 5 days a week. I burn off at least 900 calories at practice, probably even more, and I am pretty sure that my metabolism burns off the rest. How come I am not loosing weight?? Is it possible that my body has come accustomed to my swim practice? I have been swimming since i was bout 8, but never got serious till i turned 10. Thanks :D

okay im 13 now, and I'm 5'1 and 107 pounds. I got my thing a little after I turned 12 in october...so its been almost 2 years now and my thing is like still irregular, i haven't gotten it in like 3 months, its always been like that. My mom is about 5'1 and my dad is like 5'9. Will i keep on growing? Or have i stopped? Thanks :D

Hi i was wondering if I have like a problem or disorder. First, I use the bathroom kind of frequently. Thats been going on since around 4th grade, and I am going into 8th grade now. I also think i eat to much, im not sure if that is a problem though. I'm also 13, 5'1 and 107 pounds if that helps. Hi im 13, 5'1/107 pounds. I have a habit to eat alot and Im not sure why. It may be because I am a competitive swimmer, but I think I still eat alot, even when I am not hungry, how do i stop this habit?? When ever i want to eat something I keep on telling my self its okay to eat it because I burn it off at practice, but i still gain weight anyways for some reason. Is this normal or do i have a problem? Thanks :D
