I have been with my partner for 8 years and when it comes to sex he says he is tired and nothing ever happens. I don't think he is cheating he is at work and right out of work he comes home. I just don't know what to do I tried to talk to him and he just does not like to talk about it. I ask if he is not attracked to me and he say that he is, but he just feels tired.

My brother has a one and a half year old son. And he is not on the birth certificate because he nor the girl were sure if he was the father. So after doing a paternity test it was confirmed he is the father and now the girl wants to go to college away and leave the baby to him and her mom doesn't want to allow it. What should he do to change the last name on the baby and get some rights over the baby?

Note: They were not 18 when the baby was born but now they both are.
