there is this guy (whom I like) and yesterday in class (not the first time) he turned around and stared at me no smile just looking while he tilted his head to one side, and it wasn't like 30 seconds it was like 20 minutes not talking to anyone just staring! He was standing up facing me just looking. It was so hard not to miss I want to look up at him but I'm nervous

hi I'm 17 years old and I weight 198 pounds I NEED to lose at least 10 pounds ever 2 weeks how can I do this? Please don't go rambling about how you think this is impossible cause it's not I have seen many people lose over 60 pounds in 3 months it is very possible I just don't know how . So how many calories do I eat in a day? How much should I exercise I am willing to exercise everyday also if needed. Even though I weigh 198 you could mistake me as weighing 140 I do NOT look the way I weigh it's werid so please help! Hey guys I have a guitar question it's been something I've been struggling with for a very long time now I can play the pentatonic scale and other positions in all the different keys so I'm good with that one but when it comes to stuff like guitar riffing it's pretty hard because I watch other guitarists what they do is they play slide power cords anyway they want and I'm really good at playing open power cords but my problem is slide. So tell me when you're riffing do you think of Chord progressions or what? Because whenever I play slide power cords it sounds really bad. Because I don't know which chords sound good with which so when I switch it sounds awful. I guess in general I suck with rhythm please help
