I am 45 and live in Northern California with my boyfriend. I have a daughter who is age eighteen and lives at home. I am a social worker and employed by the county child protection services. I work with children who've been removed from their parents and live in group homes and foster homes. I am a certified children's fitness specialist through American Fitness Trainers and Professionals. I am very concerned about prevention of childhood obesity. I am not an athlete, but I try to stay very fit and active. I like helping answer people's questions about health and fitness. I like gardening, reading and listening to music like Disturbed, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Tool. I also love Celtic folk music and learning more about the Celtic heritage.
