  • Tree spacing question?

I have planted 3 apple trees about 12' apart in a triangle. I was looking at two of the little notes on the trees and they said 12' spacing but then the third was 25'.... Is that going to be ok??? It said 25' on a very generic looking apple tree thing, but it was a pink lady tree. The other two were Fuji and Gala that said 12'.

    English:

Here's my situation. Last year from July 20th-October 15th I lived in Venezuela. I stayed there a total of 87 days. The limit is 90 days in (I THINK) any given 365 days. I'm going back this year, but I don't know when the soonest day I can go is! Does anyone think they could help me? Does anyone know the fine if I go a couple days too early this year? For example, I want to go anytime in July until the last week, but I would like to stay at least 10 days. So, if I go from July 18th-July 29th or 30th, should I be ok? I would be going 2 days before I went last year, making my total 89 days in those given 365 days.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Thanks, David

    David

  • Marriage between a Venezuelan citizen and a U.S. citizen/El matrimonio entre una venezolana y estadounidense?

I am a U.S. citizen, a Spanish teacher, and my girlfriend lives in Venezuela, where I am now, with a 3 month tourist visa. We want to get married, but there are many complications. We ultimately want to live in the states, married together, but I want to get the ball rolling as to help in any way necessary. She still has a couple years of college left here, and I already graduated. I want to set it straight that we are really both in love.

I am seeking advice as to how to start to go about this whole process, which I know is going to take years. I'm wondering, should we get legally married in Venezuela while I'm here, to start the whole process? Would it allow me to stay longer here?

Also, she can't get a visa to visit me this year because (a) it's very difficult if you know who Chavez is and (b) it's a presidential election year. But, for example, if she could get a visa to come stay with me next year, would it be more beneficial for us to wait until she is in the U.S.?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

  • How much could you sell a mature chicken/hen/rooster for?

I'm a vegetarian, and I plan on raising chickens for their eggs. Normally, people kill their chickens and eat them. I don't think I'd be able to do that, so I was wondering what I could expect for a full grown rooster or hen. If location is a factor in the price, northeastern Arizona is about where I will be.

  • If you grow your own food and you want to sell it at a farm stand, do you have to pay the government anything?

I was just wondering, I am unfamiliar with tax laws in the US on this subject. Basically, if I grow my own food in let's say Arizona, and I want to have a farm stand, do I need to pay the government anything?

  • Question about US passport going to Colombia!?

Ok, so I want to go to Colombia for about 6 months. I have a US passport, and I understand that you can really only go to Colombia for 90 days (3 mos) with a US passport. Is there any way I can get an extension on this? Or do I have to get a visa? I am going there neither to student nor to work. I also don't know if I should just stay there for 6 mos and then pay the fines... Anyone know how much those fines usually are? and are there any repercussions for returning if I stay longer than my passport allows?

    Thanks all,

    Dave

  • My girlfriend slept at another guy's house last night and didn't tell me until this morning. What would YOU do?

I have been with my girlfriend for over 2 years. She was studying with a group of friends at the library last night. I hear no word from her all night, and this morning I ask her where she is, where she woke up. "At ............ house". I said "WOW, if I slept at another girl's house how would you feel? It made me feel like ****. I asked her if there was anything going on between the two of them and she said no.

Would you guys do? Would you believe her?

I supposedly have to wait until later to here from her, as she is going straight to class from his house.

I also want to add that he lives a block away, so there is no reason she couldn't have come home.

  • Wondering if a dog is right for us.?

I am a student at a university, and I live with my girlfriend in a one bedroom apartment. She has wanted a dog for quite some time, and so have I. I am 21 years old, she is 20. We will love our dog. We know that dogs are a big responsibility, but we are prepared for it. Is a Jack Russell Terrier a good first dog?

    Any advice would be wonderful.

    Remember, we both love dogs!

    Thanks

  • I am in a sticky situation.... advice?

Ok, my girlfriend and I have been dating for almost a year and a half now.... I am turning 21 in July, and she will be turning 20 in July.... My mother got me 2 Cubs v. Cardinals tickets in Wrigleyville on my birthday... I am taking my girlfriend with me. She lives 10 minutes from downtown Chicago. I am planning on going out that night with all of my friends to the bars, most likely we'll be doing a bar crawl. The thing is, she isn't 21... They are really strict about ID's in Chi, and I don't know what to do... She told me to just do what I want on my birthday, but then I said you're mad aren't you? She said she is frustrated.

It's my 21st birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF do I do? I want to go out with my friends and have a blast, but I don't want to just leave my gf behind, it sucks!!!!

    Suggestions?

    Thanks a lot guys,

    Dave
