Today was an *immensely* hot day, and for my uniform I wore a thin t-shirt (really short sleeves), but to cover my arms a cardigan on top. I also wear hijab. Apparently it's meant to be really hot this summer, and i was absolutely BOILING today. I really need some tips on how to stay cool. One of my teachers was kinda worried about me, although she understood why I wouldn't take my cardi off.

I also have nose-bleeding problems in the summer; when I get too hot my nose tends to bleed and so I would *really REALLY* appreciate it if you could help me out.

(I hope you don't mind me asking to please star this q cause I need a lot of help lol).
