I have been told to run a Radion 4650 in my Gateway e6100 agp

Would this be wise? the intel nvidia vs amd ati argument???

A local guy has a cooler master 541 case cheep and new.

But my research and the guy selling CM 541's says this isn't a micro atx MB

I know the rear ports are a different arrangement that pictured. And i asked if this had interchangeable plates to fit.

So What case do i look for ??

I tend to agree. 1 pcie x16 2 pciex1 1 pci and according to crucial it will take 4 gig of ddr2 6400 memory.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+, 64-bit dual core processor 3.0 GHz 2 × 1 MB L2 cache 2000 MHz system bus and 3gig of memory, Well everything except the case. The monitor was trashed too. The crt monitor i tried wouldn't but it sounded like it booted.

The question is is it worth fixing up. And what kind of case am i looking for its not a micro axt mother board it seams ??

I am looking to upgrade, What are the video cards Limits.

Will any agp card work? or must it be a 4/8x card?? or only 4x ??
