Heya guys... Little question: I am looking for a horror movie which involved a ghost ship... Only thing I remember from it was a scene, with a little boy crawling from under a bed, grabbing one of the characters and dragging him away...

That is one clue.. Second clue - I am certain it is not "Ghost Ship" (2002), I`ve seen it recently and no little boy appears there...

So, can you help me out? Thank youz!

ok so here`s the thing.. i am planning of getting some new powerfull pc in a couple of weeks.. and re-start my dj activity over the internet, (which i had to interrupt last summer unfortunatelly)... i have the music, i will get more music of course, but unfortunatelly.. i miss something important. an intro and an outro for my sets. i have only 2 for now... Lets say that you get a new contact, of the opposite sex. and you start e-mailing each other. time flies and you and your new friend had already got to IMs on messenger.. you start having confidence in each other, cause its obvious he/she can`t s*crew you over (you are from different countries of course) and you start having intimate conversations... and by the time you realize it, he/she is more on your mind than you thought it might be. on the other hand you are sure that you will probably never going to meet your contact face-2-face, and you are getting nervous and stressed about that thought. so then you will come to the conclusion that you just fell 'in love' with a complete stranger, whom you just know virtually, from pics and messages and chatting nights, and possibly mic chats..

of course this is just hypothetically speaking, but there are so many stories and opinions about virtual relationships out there... what would you make of this?

Damn, it was just here 5 mins ago... i started up the pc, got on Y/A, got the pack of smokes out of my pocket... and placed it... somewhere. anyone knows where it might be? its a red marlboro short pack.

Ok... so my problem starts with windows. as usual lol.

so, i formated it few days ago... but for some reason the system is very screwed up. i`ve made this operation hundreds of times before (formating and installing windows, not only on my pc but on other people`s too.. worked just fine.)

now, suddenly it starts giving system errors at startup. 'windows cannot start because C:windows\system\config\system file is corrupt or in-existent, something like that). after 2-3 restarts, in which i try in vain to enter the logon screen (that would be by pressing tab at the first re-start screen, but nothing happens no matter how many times i press it) to boot in safe mode, i try something else. restoring the date from bios itself... giving the time back 2-3 days before the actual date. and it finally starts up. i encountered the problem yesterday, managed to boot into windows normally, then gave him 2-3 restarts. worked just fine. today it worked normal too. from morning till afternoon (i went to job in the morning, started it, worked well, and in the afternoon my mom told me she used for some e-mails, again worked just fine). but when i came at night home, surprise! system error at start-up. finally i managed again to boot into windows, but now it gives me yet more errors at programs, for example it won`t let me use system restore, cause of some dll file missing... it gives an error to yahoo messenger also... (oops, just got into yahoo messenger again, the error seems to be gone now lol).

now the thing that is bothering me is that i don`t know what might cause these errors to occur. when i last formated it i installed just basic programs, nothing harmless or too big for the system to slow down... things like nero, archivers, winamp, tune up utilities... (that is trustworthy, i used it so many times before and on other pc`s and it never gave me any problem.) i did run '1 click maintenence' from tune-up utilities, and it found some errors in the registry and in programs... and managed to resolve all of them. as reguards downloading and viruses, i have firewall activated, mozilla firefox set up to run at high security, i didn`t downloaded anything so far, nor went to p*rn sites or whatever... just Y/A, google and mails.. so nothing harmful. basically, to shorten it out, i use trustworthy programs that were before installed and didn`t made any problems, and i surf the internet as safe as i can lol. no, i don`t have anti-virus (but never had so far, in 4 years since i got this pc.. and if i had any problems i would just have formated the C: partition (with programs) and kept D: as back-up... didn`t encountered so many windows errors as now.

as for windows, that would be windows xp with service pack 2... i have this cd since 2, almost 3 years ago, and always used it for my pc (its not so powerfull to run vista on it if that is what u thought, and i prefer xp for gaming and stability better). and the windows cd? of course i made some back-up copy cd`s after it in time, in case it would get scratches.

if u suggest installing linux, that would be a little more difficult, i never used it and i don`t know where to get it from (other than a store lol), so linux is not the option for me. i also asked some friends to give me some win xp cd`s, maybe mine 'broke out' lol... so i asked them for such, just in case, maybe their versions would run better... i`m still waiting for them.

so in your oppinion, what would be the cause to this reboot/system config error / windows errors? (pls don`t say a virus cause i am sure that is not the case... i can install 10 different anti-viruses, updated and they won`t detect a thing.)

could it be the damn win xp version? someone suggested it can be from the motherboard but come on... what would that have to do with it? maybe it is getting too old? hmm maybe it`s starting to 'fry' up but come on... any suggestions? pls? and SO SORRY to have caused you to read so much... Well, 2 days ago, i said i will quit smoking. therefor, i did. from 9am to 4pm. at 4 pm, i smoked a cig. and of course i cursed my lack of strenght. today i will re-try what i left unfinished and from 4pm i will just quit.

now, all i can say about me is that i am a very, very stubborn person. if i want something i go and make everything possible to get it. of course i find it very hard to quit the bad habbit, but i am 100% sure that i want to, only problem is that it is hard to do it all alone. so, who will support me? :D

ok this is not a question i know, but today i feel it is like a good day for me to quit smoking. i`ll be gone to work from 9am till midnight, and i am curious what advices and good thoughts i see around here when i get back. don`t worry, if you tend to make fun or not support me, i will just ignore ur answer :D so... i am looking forward to seeing if i can manage not to smoke all day... what do you all think? :D kk... wish me luck now, i will need it.

i personally hate the entire operation, from the moment i enter the windows cd and start installing, till i finish up with installing every driver and program i use.

anyone else who finds it annoying to have to look through 1000 cds for programs and drivers after windows finishes installing?

This just hit me.. what would it be if there would be 2 Y/A? one for everyone... and one for adults? ok, i`m 20 i would fit in both lol, but think about it, i don`t find it quite good for a 11-12 year old girl to read a guy`s question reguarding his dick... or someone's sexual problems, violence problems, whatever. i think these kind of questions (say, for example, i ask: 'why is my dick strangely red? and having a blue secretion?' just for example! lol!) should have a special domain that would be not so easily accesible for under-aged persons.

so, anyone agrees that there should be 2 kinds of Y/A? or that 'special forbidden' domain?

Some ppl try to help other ppl, (my case ocasionally), some ppl ask for help (my case ocasionally also) but at some point, we either answer for fun or ask totally dumb question out of boredness. so, my question is, what is the purpose in asking totally dumb questions, and what is the purpose of the others to answer to them, also with totally dumb answers?

if we click on them, we go straight to edit and some other options there... but there is no answer button. i know we can answer by using the 'add details' button, but damn i wished i had an 'answer' button to reply to my own question. and one of the best parts is that i could give myself 10 points for best answer! :D
