  • Microsoft Access: How can I set up my Query criteria so that I can either search for 1 record or a range?

    I either use "Like [enter record number] " or

    "Between [enter first record number] and [enter last record number]" in my Query Criteria so that when I double-click report a pop-up box appears and I enter the record numbers I am looking for. How can I set it up so that it will accept EITHER one record OR a range of records without me having to go into my Query and change the criteria each time? Also is there an operator that allows me to view multiple records that are not consecutive (like 173, 185 and 201)?
