I have 2 problems. Firstly, how can I improve keeping the ball on my stick while I run, without looking at the ball, because I always have to be looking at the ball while I run or I lose control and I need some tips on how to improve. And secondly whenever I go to do a drag from left to right, I always sort of lose my footing or get tackled so can somebody please help me with that? I know how to drag and can easily drag cones but when it's a person I am troubled because I can't follow the ball. (if that makes sense) Because with the cones I usually run straight over the cones with the ball being dragged around them.
