Free Shipping or not?
We operate a e-commerce store. We offer and or advertise FREE SHIPPING. We believe that most people understand that shipping is never free. We incorporate the shipping costs into the prices of our items. How do you feel about this? Our goal is to eliminate any cost adjustments at the check out, no additional surprises.(Except for sales tax if bought in the state that our store is located in).
