Me and my brother share the same car, my brother smokes weed but I never touched that stuff. When I was driving the other day I got pulled over for speeding. When the officer came to my car he said it "Smelt like cannabis" and he wanted to search the car. Because I live in a rich suburban town that no crime happens, 6 cop cars flood the scene. They proceed to give me a sobority test and I passed, obviously. But when they searched my car they found very little crumbs of weed on my floor and took it for a sample and charged me with possession. Now I dont know how to go about this, I did give them legal right to search and no way am I telling on my brother. Should I ask for a plea bargain? what would that do? and can I even get one? I heard they just give you a drug test which would be perfect for me to take to prove my innocents. any suggestions?

Given the same physiological shape i was in when i passed my drug test with a hit of weed in 7 days, will i pass my drug test. Also would it be in my best interest to get a detox drink or is it a waste of money?

For all those whom read the book, please take a few minutes to shortly answer these 8 questions. This will help me out a lot on a reading test i have coming up in american studies, which is a english/us history class. This is a study guide for the test and i really want to do well to boost my grade up, even if you only answer a few, any type of different opinion would help me thanks ;)

1) Historiographical Perspective- How does the authors view fit into the “canon” (i.e., revisionist, consensus, synthesis, social, patriotic, etc.)

2) What is the author’s thesis? Precisely, how does the author express an argument or contention about the President?

3) How does the author use historical evidence and documentation? Primary sources, secondary sources, tertiary sources, etc.

4) How is dialogue replicated in the narrative? In other words, does the author recreate discussions with fictional devices?

5) How are secondary characters developed in support of the main character? In other words, how are other historically relevant figures described?

6) Does the author employ literary techniques that provide texture and meaning? I have no idea what this means.

7) How are common people represented in the narrative? Working class, underclass, women, children, etc.

8) Is this author’s perspective supported in mainstream/popular histories? In other words, does the author deviate in any way from a popular myth?

just say i was at walgreens and i was about to steal something but before i left i threw the item away, i don't think the lady saw me throw it away but she was definitely on to me stealing. so she followed me out and got my license plate number. 1st semester freshmen year i was a boss, i had As and Bs with all honors classes. 2nd semester was different i transferred schools and i had a lot of issues at my home and i just gave up on everything and i gots Ds and Fs.

1st semester of sophomore year i lost my honor track and i got As,Bs,and, C's. and soo far second semester i have straight As

junior year i want to take. honors physics, honors precal, ap lang, ap us history, and honors latin. the question im asking is do you think ill be able to redeem my self junior year in order to get into a fine college. some of my choices are BU, boston college, and NYU. are my hopes gone????

btw. i play football, diving, and lacrosse and im involved in debate and i snowboard

i smashed my finger a month ago and now my finger nail is on the edge of falling off only the tip is hanging on. im scared im home alone and im only 13. this is bothering me alot and it prevents me from doinng homework should i just straight up rip it off and get it over with?
