I’m in the middle of a custody battle in the Philippines and there is a motion before the court for me to surrender the child’s US passport and in the passport it reads that: “This passport Property of the United States Government. Upon demand made by an authorized representative of the United States Government, it must be surrendered.” Where can I find the US Law that shows that a Philippine Judge can not order me to surrender my child’s US Passport?

I’ve heard many statements that foreigners don’t get justice in the Philippines court systems and I found this out first hand as I was visited by the Sheriff and court official and served a court order TPO signed by the Branch 55 Judge Ulric R. Canete, I have no problem with the Judge signing a temporary protection order and setting a date for a hearing…. But this was what I feel was a “LICENSE TO STEAL” when the judge ordered me to surrender 20T pesos and my child’s USA Passport without first allowing a hearing to see if her claims are true…..YES this women filed a motion for a TPO and also asked the courts to grant her the child’s passport and 20T peso monthly child support and without a notice from the court, a court hearing or even a answer from me the Judge signed an order giving her everything she asked for, well the good thing is that I sent the Child’s passport back to the USA and I didn’t have 20T to give to the Sheriff and I have to appear in court this July 8 and then the FUN WILL BEGIN…. I have been in a ongoing custody dispute for almost a year in Branch 28 Court which is a higher Court then Branch 55 and we have already discussed the issue on the USA Passport and Child Support and when she filed her petition as a NEW Court Case in Branch 55 she included a NOTERISED signed NON-FUROM SHOPPING affidavit stating that the issues she is bringing before the Branch 55 Court is not been in any other court “BUSTED” so a Motion to Dismiss will be filed with the evidence of Forum Shopping and this should get her and her Atty. sited for forum shopping “That will be a wait and see” I will also file charges on her for falsifying an Affidavit and also Perjury which will carry some prison time if convicted. What is your answer to this?

Anyone here in yahoo go Toto’s Live Concert last night or any recent tour over in Asia? And if so did you experience what my wife and I did? Here is what we experienced and was wondering if anyone else has also:

Last night I witness the most horrible performance I have ever seen when my wife and I attend the Toto concert last night here in Cebu, Philippines it’s like they were using the paying public that came to hear Toto’s hit songs to test the waters on different versions of the original song, they would start out with the music that was totally different of the original and when they didn’t get a reaction they would switch to the original and what’s up with the drummer and keyboard playing so long of a solo, I’m mean the drummer played GREAT but way too long as after he stopped it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop on stage. Toto’s performance I feel had a lot to do with alcohol prior and during the concert. I walked out in the middle of the concert with feeling cheated during the performance along with MANY others, in fact while I was waiting for friends there was so many leaving I thought the concert was over and my friends that didn’t even know we left showed up a few minutes later with the same thoughts. Maybe they feel that playing in a 3ard world country they can get away with what they did but in fact there are over 200,000 Americans that live here in the Philippines and there was many attending the concert which will properly be feeling the same as I do and now I wish I never went as I grew up loving the songs and now I have to remember how I seen Toto Live whom performed like they were kids trying to start a band in the back yard garage.

There is an advertisement in the message is VERY BIG square in the middle of the message when you view a message from the group, other owners have seen this on my group and can not figure why it is there. Its very hard on the eyes to read a message with the ad flashing within the txt of the message and sometimes covering the message. I have tried changing the 3 options availible to view message and its still there.
