I am 13 and I go work out and i usually wear shorts and my hair is somewhat thick

She let me use nair and veet but those hurt and she lets me wax but that takes too long.

I'd rather just shave.

My dad has a pack of razors that he doesn't use so I use those every so often for my arms & legs

But i want a woman razor.

But it seems like after i asked her if i could shave she bought herself a razor and shaving cream just to agitate me

I've told her the benefits and stuff about it

but she just makes the same excuse "Your hair will get thick"

ive read that it won't

I REALLY want to start running/jogging.

BUT

breathing is sooooooooo hard.

My brother told me to breathe in through my nose and out my mouth.

I do that but somehow it screws up

And running outside is really difficult especially on a windy day bc i feel like the air is forcing into my lungs and my eyes are watering.

They've been acting weird lately, at lunch they don't walk to the outside area with me, they just go in the bathroom and apply makeup, and yesterday P's mom gave P & W money. They didn't share with me. And when they got back from the vending machines, they sat by me and the girl sitting with me. I don't wear a lot of makeup, but I usually wear champagne coloured eyeshadow in my inner corners of the eye. W started saying stuff, "why do you wear white eyeshadow there? It makes your eyes looks smaller." i told her what it's supposed to do and she just scoffed. After lunch, we had 4th hour, no problems there, W passed me a note asking about the new kid or something. BUT IN 5TH HOUR. Ugh. After we did the stuff we usually do, they went to the vending machines again. So i read my book. As they got back they had all their chips and stuff, but they started saying more stuff. "Why do you even read, it's pointless." "I want good grades." W said, "I'm reading a bigger book than you, im reading Eragon." at this point i was REALLY pissed off. so i said "As if you could read, I bet you just looked at the pictures." "Well omg we don't spend 24 hours a day just reading!" P said. I simply replied "Ok."

I felt good that day but I was like why are they being so wierd?

Help me decode this please.

So I shave them once a week, or until the hair is noticeable.

I do exfoliate.

I've tried the baking soda thing, it lightened them up, but not enough.

My underarms look really splotchy in light/dark.

I want them the same colour as my skin!

I am a 13 year old female who weighs 194 lbs. :/ height is 5'5

I recently joined the gym and my workout buddy (my older brother) made me a schedule:

30 Min walk (medium-fast 4.0 on a treadmill) (sparse running)

15 lbs. arm curl 4 sets of 5

15 lbs. biceps & triceps?? (the one where you lift the weights above your head) 4 sets of 5 also

Calf workout 150 (hands on the wall and you go up and down)

Leg lifts front and back 2 sets of 10 (idk what its called but you lay on your side and do them)

Situps 3 sets of 5

45 crunches

ive been doing this for about a month now nothing really happened, but i think its my diet that interferes with the workouts

BUT i got braces so hopefully ill lose weight now

but is it good enough?
