Chrono Trigger ROM Issues?
So, I got the Chrono Trigger ROM (for an SNES emulator) on my computer, and things have been going pretty swimmingly, that is until I get to the point where I have to fight Masa and Mune to get their sword. There seems to be a glitch where everything goes black-no image, just sound. The game is still playing, there are some lights, and some moves might make the image show or flash for a bit before it disappears again. This same thing happens when I go to the Old Cathedral, too. Now my question is 1. If possible, how would I go about fixing this? Is there a universal patch, or would I have to go to the people who specifically made this ROM? 2. What's a better way of wording this so, in the case that you can't help, I can at least have a better and more succinct way of denoting what's wrong with the game?
Thanks!
2 AnswersVideo & Online Games1 decade agoWhere Can I Watch Fushigi Boshi No Futago Hime (ENGLISH SUB) PLEASE HELP!?
My little sister has been looking high and low to watch this anime & manga online. The website suggested to her for the anime (UnAnime.com, or something like that) had a virus so she couldn't view it. As for the manga, she has looked on onemanga, mangafox, mangahut & zenmanga. If any of you know where to find either one, we'd appreciate some help! Thanks in advance.
2 AnswersComics & Animation1 decade agoNEED TO RECOVER FILES!?
So recently I got a really terrible virus on my computer. I tried to fix it and instead ended up messing it up even more. In the end, we had to take it to get it fixed and I don't know whether or not my father just chose to not attempt to save any files or if they were insalvagable, but the computer came back completely cleaned of everything. I was wondering if there was a (free, if possible) way to recover old files and internet settings (like bookmarks) or if there's a point of no return.
1 AnswerDesktops1 decade agoHello! I've got quite a bit of a computer problem here...(VIRUS/MAL-WARE HELP)?
I downloaded a movie file (that turned out not being one) onto a seperate 2gb hard-drive (to avoid getting a virus on the computer. ha- ha) and thinking it would be alright tried to open it up on my computer. Turns out not only was the file NOT a movie, it was malware/a virus. It wasn't a big deal (though I did get the blue-screen of death), my computer just started to act a little funny and so I proceeded to download a 90 trial of Norton Ant-virus software for the computer to stop things before they progressed, & aside from that I tried a few different online scans to get rid of some of the stuff. Turns out Norton really is a ***** for some computers, and it ended up making everything way worse. Now, My System Restore won't work (And even if it did, at one point I followed a tip this website gave to attempt to turn off system restore to target the malware that was attacking it to no avail, so I destroyed my old restore points), Internet Explorer acts wonky, I can't watch videos on Youtube, and I'm pretty sure the original virus was freezing my computer up and ****** with my other mouse's right click. There is probably a lot more that I either haven't noticed yet or am forgetting...
I have an old-*** Windows XP whose warranty expired in 2004, else I would re-order the discs and just attempt a repair from there (I read websites about how to make your own bootdiscs but they somewhat confused the hell out of me)
Honestly, one moment I think I know what I'm doing then the next I don't. I have a lot of information yet no clues...I've been doing this literally for hours, and I just want this done and over with...Any advice?
