After you cook spicy peppers your pan still tastes spicy when you cook your next meals. Like if I want to make pancakes in that pan then my pancakes taste spicy. How do I get that spice out of the pan. Is there a trick to it?

My husband and I own our own little sandwich shop in mexico city. and I stay at home with our kids and he hired a girl to work with him and he works all day with her and spends an hour at home with me because it is alot of work to own your own business.so he is there all day because of work not her. and I met her yesterday and she is pretty. would you feel weird about it? I do trust him I just feel weird about it.

I was a maid of honor in a wedding yesterday and my 2 year old was with my husband most of the time and from a distance I could see how horrilbe her behavior looks she runs away and never sits down. and if we tell her to stop she starts cring and screaming. she has been out of control since my son was born 7 weeks ago.How would you disipline this behavior and will it get better the older my son gets? because I don't know if is her age or the fact that she has a new baby brother. and has also been hanging out with my nephew more in the last 2 months woh has horrible behavior so I don't know if she is coping his behavior. thanks for your responses.

I am wondering how many parents out there just put there child in bed and say good night and they fall asleep on there own. or do you lay with them or rock them until they fall asleep?

My daughter who is 2 years old. For about 2 weeks she will be walking and then stop and fall to the ground and cry and say her left foot hurts. and when I ask her where she points to the arch of her foot. I made an appt. but can't get in until the 15th. any ideas on what is wrong?

I am suppose to get 12 weeks of maternity leave but I only took 6 weeks. I took the last week of my pregnancy off but now I am almost a week overdue so this means I will have to go back to work when my baby is 4 weeks old that is not enough time to estsablish breastfeeding. Can I just call and get more time if I was suppose to get 12 weeks anyway.

I had my membranes stripped this morning. I am 2 days overdue.and I am dialated to 4 and I started losing my mucus plug this morning. I have been having contractions for 9 days but they are not progressing. anyone had their membranes stripped and how long after did you go into labor?
